The network connects people with complex cases to attorneys willing to provide free legal help under the Bulgarian Bar Act.
How cases are allocated
Allocation follows a methodology approved in advance by the Management Board: electronic rotation, strictly defined expert specialisation, or algorithmic free choice by the user from a list.
Safeguards against conflicts of interest
An officer of the association facing a decision that could refer people to their own private practice declares the conflict and abstains from the discussion and the vote. This is recorded expressly in the minutes.
Taking part
Attorneys can apply to join, stating their judicial district and specialisation.
